Dalian Metallurgical Bearing Co., Ltd. (DYZV) showcased at 2023 Beijing International Wind Energy Conference and Exhibition (CWP)

The 2023 Beijing International Wind Energy Conference and Exhibition (CWP) was grandly held on October 17th, with Dalian Metallurgical Bearing Co., Ltd. (DYZV) presenting products such as wind turbine spindle bearings SRB and TRB.

As the largest wind power industry event of the year, this exhibition not only brings together leading domestic and foreign wind power new energy enterprises, but also attracts the attention of many experts, scholars, and industry insiders. The exhibition lasted for 3 days (October 17-19), with rich and colorful activities and a compact agenda. Concentrate on showcasing advanced products and solutions, jointly explore the opportunities and challenges of global energy transformation, and fully promote the development and innovation of global green energy. On site, everyone had sufficient communication based on the characteristics of each product.

In the DYZV exhibition area, the newly developed semi direct drive wind turbine main shaft bearing "Single row tapered roller bearing" is displayed. This bearing provides high lifespan, high reliability, and increased rigidity support for large megawatt units. The successful development of this product reflects the strong technical accumulation of DYZV, and truly achieves technological penetration from bearing material selection to product structural parameter design to simulation analysis, with product quality as the goal, aligning the resources and quality of the entire chain. The 1120 product of the largest megawatt unit self aligning roller bearing used on land was supplied in bulk to Mingyang Smart in 2022, and as of now, there has been no fault feedback.
