Jinlei Stock patented innovation: integrated shaft system of fan spindle sliding bearings to improve lubrication efficiency

In July 2024, Jinlei Technology Co., Ltd. submitted a patent application for "an integrated shaft system with replaceable sliding bearings for forced lubrication of wind turbine main shaft" (publication number: CN202410916909.5).

The patent abstract introduces an integrated shaft system solution suitable for the field of wind power main shaft, including a wind turbine main shaft, a main bearing seat, a secondary bearing seat and a T-type sliding bearing assembly. The wind turbine main shaft is provided with two integrally formed shaft shoulders, and the secondary bearing seat is installed inside the main bearing seat. The secondary bearing seat includes an annular retainer, which is provided with multiple mounting grooves. The T-type sliding bearing assembly includes a sliding bearing, the bottom of the sliding bearing is clearance-matched with the first mating surface, a circulation hole is provided on one side, the circulation hole is connected to the oil filling hole, and a plurality of sliding bearing oil outlet holes are also provided at the bottom of the sliding bearing.

This patent effectively solves the lubrication problem of the sliding bearing by designing a special "hump" structure on the main shaft of the fan, installing the auxiliary bearing seat and the main bearing seat on it, and installing a T-type sliding bearing assembly with a lubrication oil circuit in the auxiliary bearing seat, thereby improving the reliability and maintenance convenience of the system.
