China Lingbi High-end Bearing Industry Development Salon was held in Lingbi

In order to promote the innovative development of Lingbi County's bearing industry, establish the Lingbi bearing brand, and promote the industry to become bigger and stronger, Lingbi County held a high-end bearing industry development salon on September 26.

The theme of this salon is "Using shafts as a medium to carry on the future". It is guided by the China Bearing Industry Association and hosted by the Anhui Bearing Industry Association and the Lingbi County People's Government. It aims to build a platform for academic exchanges, technical discussions, docking and negotiation, and exhibitions to display the development of the bearing industry, continuously enhance the influence of Lingbi bearings, accelerate the high-quality development of the bearing industry, and accelerate the formation of new quality productivity. Experts and scholars from all over the country and representatives of more than 100 well-known companies participated in the event.

In recent years, Lingbi County has anchored the strategy of industrial strengthening the county, developed new quality productivity according to local conditions, and focused on building a high-end bearing industry agglomeration base of 10 billion yuan. The county's construction plan covers an area of about 2 square kilometers of the bearing industrial park, and more than 700,000 square meters of standardized factory buildings and supporting facilities have been built. The park gathers more than 60 bearing manufacturing companies, 44 of which have been put into production, 28 above-scale enterprises have been built, and 5 bearing projects are about to be signed. It has basically formed an industrial chain with clear professional division of labor and strong supporting capabilities in bearing steel pipes, bearing rings, heat treatment, bearing assembly, and bearing research and development. The output value of the county's bearing industry has increased by an average of more than 28.3% per year in the past three years. It has been approved as Anhui Province's Mechanical Manufacturing Characteristic Industrial Cluster (Base), Small and Medium Enterprises Characteristic Industrial Cluster, and was rated as Anhui Province's Fastest Progressing Industrial Cluster (Base), and was shortlisted as one of the "Top 100 Counties with Development Potential in China".

The county actively grasps the trend of bearing industry transfer and accelerated export of high-end products, highlights the "four chains in one" of innovation chain, industrial chain, capital chain and talent chain, and promotes the leapfrog development of bearing industry. Focusing on the core technology and key links of bearing industry, the county jointly builds bearing R&D center with ZYS, highlights the development direction of lightweight, high safety, low cost and long life, keeps a close eye on new tracks in subdivided fields such as new energy vehicle bearings and humanoid robot bearings, and strives to achieve a three-level leap from "leading in growth rate" to "leading in scale" and then to "leading in science and technology". Focusing on the characteristics and talent needs of bearing industry, the county carefully draws the talent map of industry, promotes the "industry-education integration" model, and jointly builds a technician college with Hefei University of Technology, training more than 700 skilled talents and industrial workers every year in an "order-based" manner. Focusing on the financing needs of bearing enterprises, the county deepens the interaction between "government, enterprises, taxation and finance", and sets up a special fund of 50 million yuan for bearing development and a 200 million yuan industrial development guidance fund to provide financial support for settled enterprises.
