Harbin Power Plant Equipment Corporation obtains patent for ventilation cooling structure to improve heat dissipation performance of spindle bearing

Harbin Power Plant Equipment Corporation recently obtained a patent authorization entitled "A spindle  bearing ventilation cooling structure", with patent number CN 221879618 U and application time of January 2024.

The patent abstract points out that this invention belongs to the field of wind power generation technology, specifically relates to a ventilation cooling structure for improving the heat dissipation effect of the spindle bearing. The structure includes a bearing inner ring, and multiple groups of parallel and evenly distributed heat sinks are arranged on the inner wall of the inner ring. Each group of heat sinks is connected to the air duct sealing plate, and independent air flow channels are formed between adjacent heat sinks. An air inlet is provided on one side of the bearing inner ring, and an exhaust port is provided on the side away from the air inlet. A mixing zone is also provided between the inner ring and the sealing plate.

When in use, the external cooling airflow enters the air flow channel through the air inlet, and is discharged from the exhaust port after passing through the mixing zone. This method can continuously cool the inner ring of the bearing, effectively enhance the heat dissipation performance of the spindle  bearing, and ensure that the efficiency of the cooling system can meet the heat dissipation requirements of the spindle  bearing, thereby supporting the stable operation of the wind power generation equipment.
