The compression unit developed by Shengu for China first fully-integrated natural gas deep-cooling processing project has been successfully put into operation

Recently, the Yanting Natural Gas Processing Plant Project of PetroChina Southwest Oil and Gas Field was successfully put into operation, marking the official implementation of the first full-chain cryogenic treatment project for natural gas in China. Shenyang Blower Group provided multiple core centrifugal compressor unit solutions for the project, and the overall efficiency index reached the international advanced level, fully demonstrating the strong technical strength of Shenyang Blower in the field of energy and chemical industry.

Yanting Natural Gas Processing Plant is the first natural gas full-chain multi-condition cryogenic project in China with the longest technical route, the most complex working conditions and the most product types. It is known as the "cryogenic aircraft carrier". The core dynamic equipment of the project - propane refrigeration, mixed refrigerant, and external gas compressor units are all carefully designed and manufactured by Shenyang Blower Group.

As one of the "Top Ten Ballast Stone Demonstration Projects" of Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company to produce 50 billion cubic meters in 2025, the Yanting Natural Gas Processing Plant Project has strict requirements on the efficiency indicators of the compressor and the energy consumption level of the device. To this end, Shenyang Blower Group uses a high-efficiency three-dimensional impeller in pneumatic design to improve the variable efficiency of the impeller; in structural design, CFD analysis is used to analyze and optimize the inlet and exhaust chambers to reduce the loss of the volute chamber, further improve the variable efficiency, and make the efficiency indicators of the whole machine reach the international advanced level.
