We would like to confirm two additional things from the supplier. 1- The input data which is required to feed in this predictive system shall be provided by us, but vibration readings, balancing data etc should be recorded and saved in this system. Whenever we require this data it should be user friendly for downloading of data for analysis. 2- In addition to the onsite installation the supplier has to conduct one week training program for our staff. Training should be given in all aspects which includes. · How to use the whole system effectively. · How to set parameters. · How to do the calibration. · How to measure the readings. · Especially for balancing jobs (for e.g. balancing of impellers for fans) the supplying company should practically do the balancing of impeller at the site and train our staff accordingly. In general we can say that all the points related to the effective usage of this system should b covered during the training. The supplier is also requested to provide a operation and maintenance manual.
