• Origin, HS code, gross weight for each item, packing dimension (if available)
• The cost of the below documents (if the shipment cost is more than 2000USD or equivalent, or more than 30 kg)
• Euro 1 certificate (if the material is EU union)
• Certificate of origin legalized by the chamber of commerce
• Availability to accept payment through a third party

A friend of our company will pay for the order by bank transfer with note that the transfer have been made for PROTEC invoice number xxxxxxxx, and we will continue the rest of the ordering process with you, this is due to the current economic situation; a regular bank transfer can take from 2 -3 months to pass!

• If the material weight is over 200 kg, kindly clarify whether or not you are registered in Cargo X platform of Egyptian customs
• If you are not registered, kindly add a line of registration fees to the offer
• If you are registered, kindly inform us the cost of uploading the shipping documents to Cargo X system (shipment registration)
