Statistics of Chinese Bearing Enterprises From Jan. to Feb. 2006

Statistics collected from 86 bearing group enterprises shows: From Jan. to Feb. total industrial output value were RMB4.268 billion, increased by 20.61% from the same period last year; industrial sales were RMB4.230 billion, increased by 21.07%; industrial growth value were RMB1.227 billion, 29.10% higher than the same period last year. During the first two months, total bearings output of the 86 enterprises were 300.9 million sets, increased by 15.18%, about 39.7 million sets more than the same period last year; bearings sales volume were 293 million sets, increased by 19.99%, about 48.9 million sets more than last year; bearings export were 123 million sets, increased by 16.60%, about 17.5 million sets more than last year; bearing inventory value were raised from last year's RMB3.416 billion to 3.618 billion. Total sales of the 86 enterprises were RMB4.27 billion, increased by 20.74%. In the sales mix, sales of bearings products were RMB2.96 billion, increased by 19.47%; of the bearings' sales export contributed RMB700 million. Total profit of bearings business were RMB170 million, increased by 17.68% from last year. The 86 enterprises' tax payment were RMB190 million, increased by 68.58%. Among the 86 enterprises, there are 42 enjoyed profit growth; 36 suffered profit slide and 9 maintain the same profit level as last year.
