DUC Seal Draft Industrial Standard According to Administration Commission of High-tech district, Chongqing, the DUC Seals International(China) Co.,Ltd was approved as drafter of National Standard of Ruber Seal for Commercial Cars by AQSIQ on Feb. 4. For a long time, domestic enterprises have relied on imported seals, because there are no standard by which China-made seals can be qualified. Thus, large amount of seal products with poor quality have been rampant on the market. In July 2006, DUC received the information that AQISQ were pooling ideas from folk organizations to establish the industrial standard for seal products. Therefore, they submited their scheme on ruber seal for commercial cars. Owing to their technical strength, DUC has ultimately been approved as the drafter for such industrial standard. DUC Seals International (China) Ltd.(hereinafter “DUC”) was founded by Dr. Changchun Du, with original high technology. Mr.CC DU is a brilliant expert and inventer in mechanical engineering , has more than ten years experience of studying and working both in Japan and U.K., in the famouse universities and well-known campanies. All the patent technology of DUC solely developed by itself with sharp competitive edges. Five of the key manufacturing technologies are leading and/or top levels in the world in oil seals production, which are also patented globally. DUC High Pressure Rotary Shift Seals, registered as the Brand “HYBA” with self-owned intellectual property, is the sharp leading patented product of the World level, developed through hard study for 20 years by Dr. Chang-chun DU, based on what he learnt in three countries and the advantages both of West and East.
