Oversea Market Surge PMC Sales in 2006 Shanghai Prime Machinery Co.,Ltd(PMC) reported their 2006 Fiscal Result on Mar. 30, showing strong financial rise driven by sectors of bearings, fasteners and industrial blades. Up to Dec. 31 2006, the company recorded a sale of 2.867 billion yuan, increased by 101 percent from the last year; net profit reached 231 million yuan, 71 percent higher than the figure in 2005. Among the sales, about 1.286 billion yuan were contributed by fasteners. In last year, the company devoted to optimize logistic system and open overseas market, leading to a 1.11 billion yuan's worth of export of fasteners, about 88 percent of the total. Shanghai Prime Machinery Company Co., Ltd., is a leading manufacturer of basic machinery parts and accessories in China. It's formed by Shanghai Electric Corporation (SEC), SEC Capital Management Co.,Ltd., SEC Industry Company and Shanghai General Machinery (Group) Company. In 2006, the company was listed in Hong Kong H Share Market. They mainly produce industrial blades, bearings, cutters, electric motors, fasteners etc.
