ZWZ Precision Division Move into ZWZ Industrial Park
After the formal operation of ZWZ’s ultra-large bearing and slewing ring plants in the ZWZ Industrial Park, the company moved its precision bearing division into the park shortly to upgrade the precision bearings.
The imported high precision CNC machine tools reflected the world advanced level and the orientation of international bearing manufacturing crafts. By using such machines, precision of the bearing can reach P4, P2 level.
The newly introduced equipments such as CNC milling machines, super-finishing machines, are different from domestic ones in design and running, enjoying the merits of high degree of automation, loading material by accurate and swift robots etc. Use of robots simplified loading process, saving time and money in preparing some auxiliary devices for traditional loading.
With the advanced assembly lines, the precision bearing subsidiary is qualified for producing P4, P2 bearings. They bought the new flaw detectors, superior in degree of automation, sensibility, compact dimension etc. It’s the most advanced detector in China.
To better clean the bearings and make it suitable for high-speed machine tools, the subsidiary purchased cleaning devices that use hydrocarbon as its cleaning substance. Hydrocarbon is a newly developed cleaning substance popular in recent years. It is hard to be volatilized, reusable, harmless to health, environment-friendly etc. As a substitute for gasoline, hydrocarbon can not only improve the cleaning effect but also provide cleaning workers with a more favorable working environment and less tired job.
Besides, milling craft is changing remarkably in ZWZ. In past, every single precision bearing needed to be further milled after the initial milling procedure, causing waste in productivity and cost. Imported milling machine can reach higher processing precision, avoiding twice milling.
Various advanced equipments lay ZWZ a solid foundation for their production of high precision bearings in future. Additionally, ZWZ has developed over 60 new products in this year, all for substituting imported ones needed in the State Key Projects and domestic M.E. enterprises.
