XSS New Production Line Win Operation Permission After two days’ on-the-spot inspection in Xingcheng Special Steel since Mar. 12, delegation from the State Steel Product Supervision & Examination Center recognized the quality of products and management in the second phase construction of Xingcheng’s bearing steel line, approving formal production of that line. The second phase construction of this line was started in last year, with the aim to develop more new bearing steel products. According to the state policy, only enterprises with state permission can produce bearing steel. To win such permission, enterprises must meet rigorous requirements in the aspects of LF refining, RH-vacuum treatment, temperature control etc.
