Bearing Personnel Exchange Meeting Hold in LYC From Mar. 17 to 18, the 2007 Personnel Exchange Meeting for Bearing Majored Graduates were held in LYC Vocational School. The meeting was held by Human Resource & Staff Education Commission of China Bearing Industrial Association (CBIA). . Dong jin’an, director of CBIA, attend to secure a successful meeting. Besides, delegate from Vocational School of ZWZ, HRB, Chongqing Juying Vocational School and 45 employer enterprises took part in the exchange meeting. The employers provided more than 1,700 jobs, but only 1,068 graduates were available. Therefore, some enterprises had to leave the meeting regretfully. As the largest vocational school in bearing industry, LYC Vocational School stick to their guideline of “Industry based, market oriented; highlighting characters, expanding employment”. With increasing reputation and influence, the school has become the most representative one in bearing industry. At present, LYC vocational school are able to open majors like CNC machine tools operating, bearing lathing, bearing grinding, bearing assembling, bearing testing, thermal treatment, machine repairing, electrician etc. Additionally, the school has office in Wuxi, specialized in tracing graduates being employed, knowing employers’ comments on their graduates timely. So far, they have established well partnership with so many bearing enterprises.
