Luoyang AEIQ Feul Local Bearing Export
On Apr. 10, Luoyang Administration of Entry-Exit Inspection & Quarantine (AEIQ) convened a export work conference for bearing enterprises in western Henan province. By means of conference, the administration conducted a one-day training program for 31 personnel from foreign trade department of 20 local bearing enterprises.
During the conference, the AEIQ staff made an introduction of the latest version “Regulation of Commodity Inspection of PRC” and other related laws, policies as well as rules of international trade, procedures of inspection & quarantine for commodities etc.
In recent years, the western Henan province has seen a steadily growth of local bearing producers. Due to the limited domestic sale, many enterprises have begun to target export business, expanding their market shares in oversea. Number of bearing exporters has increased from only several in past to more than 20 at present.
At present, there are great differences among bearing exporters in enterprise scale, product quality and product-mix. Also enterprises are lack of inspection applicants. Therefore, export-related laws and regulations are poorly known by local bearing exporters, forming a bottleneck that seriously impact bearing export business. In order to improve enterprises’ knowledge of inspection & quarantine related policies, the AEIQ organized this work conference, focusing on notably problems that face enterprises in practical export business.
Zhao qi, vice minister of Luoyang AEIQ, gave a speech, briefing the functions of inspection & quarantine, situation facing bearing export and working focus in future. He promised that they would do their best to make it convenient for enterprises’ entry-exit inspection, if policy warrant, achieving the goal of convenient entry-exit and effective supervision.
