MIBA Setup New Plant in Suzhou Mar. 26, Miba AG, based in Laakirchen, Austria, held open ceremony of their new plant in Suzhou Industrial Park. With total investment of Euro10 million, the plant, Miba Precision Parts (China) Co.,Ltd mainly produce bearings and structural parts for powder metallurgy industry in Asian countries. “Miba has operated in China for 20 years. The new plant will help establish a more close relationship between Miba and all our customers, so that we can better meet the ever-expanding demand of customers. At the same time, further global expansion can lay us a solid fundation in developing Asian market.” said Peter Mitterbauer, CEO of Miba. At present, Miba has become regular supplier for Chinese auto, engine makers and other auto related China branches of some multinationals based in United States or European countries. Miba is one of the leading strategic partners for the international engine and automotive industry. Their products - sintered components, bearings and friction materials - can be found all over the world in vehicles, trains, ships, aircraft and power stations.
