Kaydon Corp. to Pay Dividend The board of directors at Kaydon Corp. approved a quarterly cash dividend of 12 cents a share payable July 2 to shareholders of record June 11. Kaydon is an Ann Arbor-based designer and manufacturer of bearings, shock absorbers and other engineered equipment products for the industrial, aerospace, medical and electronics industries. Separately, Kaydon officials said company president and chief executive James O’Leary was named chairman of the board succeeding Brian Campbell who retired. The move is effective immediately. Kaydon has about 1,900 employees around the world, including 22 at the Ann Arbor headquarters
