MRC Specialty Bearing Products Provide Readily Available ‘Custom’ Solutions MRC specialty bearing products provide readily available "custom" solutions for widely experienced industry applications and promote optimum function and performance of equipment. Each specialty bearing type is uniquely designed to accommodate particular operating conditions and requirements. Specialty bearing product families includes Adapter (Type SX) deep groove ball bearings with tapered bores for use with an adapter sleeve or for mounting directly on a tapered shaft; Dynamometer (Type RDM) 15º angular contact ball bearings designed to minimize temperature, noise, and vibration in these and similar high-speed machinery applications; and Conveyor (Type CONV) ball bearings intended for inboard or outboard idler roller applications and equipped with heavy-duty closures for protection and lubricant retention. Other specialty types include Electric Motor Quality bearings in various configurations to enhance quiet and smooth operation; Wide Inner Ring bearings for electric motors permitting the bearing to be mounted without using a locknut on the shaft; Felt Seal Replacement bearings serving as practical replacements for aging, outdated felt-seal bearing types; and Mast Guide bearings engineered to meet the rigorous demands of industrial truck service. MRC further develops made-to-order (MTO) warranted products through a dedicated MTO program established to meet customized application demands.
