UBC Joins 2008 EXPOMIN in Chile (Pic)
For the second time since 2006, UBC Bearings has been present at EXPOMIN, the largest mining show in Chile held regularly at Espacio Riesco in Santiago every two years. Over half a million people are said to have attended the four-day event, from April 15th – 18th.
UBC has received the support of its distributors in Argentina, Chile and Peru, assisting customers and prospective end-users, all of whom are more than willing to learn more about UBC products. For this exhibit, UBC has been prepared marketing and promotional materials. UBC’s general product catalogue shows the brand’s wide range of bearing products, and UBC Mining Solution brochure effectively communicates and explains specific products for mining application such as SRB-VS vibratory screen type products, large-size pillow blocks for heavy loads, etc. Aside from these, TRBs, CRBs; DGBBs product types have also been showcased.
Spearheading this exhibit is Roberto Verri, Director of Operations in UBC South America. For this year, Mr. Verri has been joined by Engr. Jorge Diaz, Resident Engineer and Technical Service, Ms. Graciela Balado, Marketing Assistant and Oscar Cesanelli, Customer Service.
Plans are now already underway for UBC to join the next EXPOMIN.
