Recently, the First Session of the 6th Council Conference and the 6th Members’ Representatives Conference of China Machine Tool & Tool Builders' Association has been held in Beijing. Luoyang Bearing Science & Technology Co., Ltd. has been ed as the member of the Council of China Machine Tool & Tool Builders' Association for the first time. Wang Jinghua, the Vice General Manager of Luoyang Bearing Science & Technology was present at the conference. Luoyang Bearing Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is the enterprise which researches, develops and manufactures the electric spindle and the bearings used in high-speed precision machine tool earliest and it has abundant experience and technological achievements. As early as the 70s in last century, it developed the first angle contact ball bearings used in the main spindle of high-speed precision machine tool in China; in 80s, it developed the GDZ series electric spindle with high power and high steel rigidity; in 90s, it developed the 2GDZ series electric spindle with higher power and higher steel rigidity; and in the early period of this century, it developed the high speed and X speed spindle units for the NC machine tools and the high-speed precision bearings for NC machine tool’s spindle. At present, the Henan Provincial Research and Technology Center of Machine Tool Spindle Engineering was set up is this company, which has basic facilities with consummate functions for engineering technology research and test, necessary device for detection, analysis and processing and have a production capacity of 4000 high quality electric spindle each year.
