Asiamold 2009 Draws Industry Attention to Guangzhou

The third edition of Asiamold will feature more than 250 exhibitors in the Poly World Trade Center in Guangzhou from September 16 to 18, 2009.
Of the 250+ exhibitors, 75% are plastics manufacturers and mould and die cast makers, 20% are suppliers of plastic and metal processing technology, with the remaining 5% being distributors of related equipment and peripheral technology.
More than over 60% of the exhibitors participating in the Asiamold 2009 comes from overseas countries and regions including Germany, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Korea, Russia, Singapore, Taiwan, the UK and the US.
The Hong Kong Pavilion, organized by the Hong Kong Mould & Die Council, will showcase the latest product range of Ace Mold, FengChuan Tooling, Hongrita Plastics and Ultratech.
In addition, under the pavilion's Advanced Moulding Workshop, GoodMark Industrial Ltd, Hongrita Plastic Mould Ltd and Pearly Hot Runner Ltd will present the manufacturing process of sophisticated mould and die equipment.
The Metal Manufacturing Pavilion organized by the Hong Kong Metal Manufacturers Association will feature more than 30 of its members, including Eva Precision Holding Ltd, Loxca Industries Ltd, Yuk Kee Metal & Plastic Factory Ltd.
Hosted by the Singapore Precision Engineering and Tooling Association, the Singapore Pavilion will feature Amura Precision Tooling, Dynacast, Lockwell Fasteners & Engineering, MAGMA Engineering, Sunny Instruments and Troop Investments.
For the EuroMold Pavilion, DEMAT has invited more than 20 companies to the show, including SSC-Services, Tebis, Z Corporation,Weicon GmbH, IXION GmbH, Auerbach Maschinenfassrik GmbH, as well as the renowned German mould and die association VDWF.
With an export value of USD1.9 billion in 2008,China has become an important exporter of mould and die products. Guangdong and Zhejiang provinces are considered the die and mould capitals of China as they lead the country's production and exports of manufactured goods.
