Trial Production of Zhenghong Machinery’s Wearable Steel Ball Project Succeed

The high performance wearable steel ball project with the production of 6,000 tons of steel balls which was invested by Changshan Zhenghong Machinery Co., Ltd has started to product the wearable steel balls since the first half of the year and has produced more than 400 tons of products. The products were distributed to the cement enterprises in Tianma, Shenhu in Changshan County and Yushan in Jiangxi Province, etc. Zhenghong Machinery is a casting manufacturing enterprise which mainly manufactures the wearable materials. The brand “Fuxing” series of castings are widely used in the cement construction materials, metallurgy and mines, electricity and power industries, etc. Last year, the foreign orders greatly decreased because of the global financial crisis. To grasp the market initiatives again, the company organized the technological power, invested and developed the new products like WES-23 and CSZH-61 gearbox and obtained the affirmation of the customers home and abroad. Meanwhile, aiming at the demand of the local cement industry, with the help of Changshan County Economic & Trade Bureau, the company has implemented the high performance wearable steel ball project with the annual production of 6000 tons, employed the leftover materials of the bearing processing, turned the waste materials to treasure, produced the new products like high chromium alloy casting balls, etc. and supplied to the local cement enterprises. After the project is put on stream, the production value of the company can increase 20 million RMB each year.
