Jinxi Axle Co., Ltd. Passed the TSI Auditing of EU Railway (Picture)

On Oct. 24th, three experts from Germany TÜVRheinland Group have carried out the auditing of TSI Product Quality Authentication of Jinxi Axle Co., Ltd. The auditing this time was carried out on the basis of the qualification of TSI pre-auditing acquired on Sept. 28th. Lu Tianxi, the General Manager of Jinxi Axle Co., Ltd. and Zhang Chaohong, the Vice-General Manager of the company, the Physical & Chemical Measurement Center, Quality Inspection Center of the company and the related staff have participated the auditing.
The auditing, taking the EN13260 (railway application-wheel set and bogie wheel set-production requirements) and EN13261 (railway application-wheel set and bogie-axle-product requirements) as the standards, mainly inspected the establishment of the company’s quality management system, quality management system authentication, inside and outside auditing in prophase, the editing of the processing documentation, staff training, qualified providers management and implementation of production procedures, control of measurement devices and detection record, etc. During the inspection, the auditing team has highly appraised the operation of the quality management system of the company, and all agreed that the production condition of the company meets the TSI requirement and the auditing passed.
TSI Product Quality Authentication Auditing Project is the first time for the company to manufacture the wangon cargo axles that will be export to Europe and carry out the wheel set development project according to the TSI technological regulations based on the research on the latest EN13261: 2009, EN13262: 2004 and EN13260: 2009 standards in Europe. During the development of the project, the company overcame the key technological difficulties in axle manufacturing and detection, broke through the problems on the wheel processing as well as the mounting technology and detection of axle and wheel assembly, solved the problems on design and implementation of axle raw material manufacturing and the technology of check and acceptance, which is another attempt of the company to develop new product to meet the market demand.
Jinxi Axle Co., Ltd passing the TSI Product Quality Authentication is another breakthrough after they received the AAR and IRIS certifications. TSI certification is the passport for the company’s products to go into European market.
