Sales Income of ZYS Increased More than 20%

Luoyang Bearing Science & Technology Co., Ltd (ZYS) (002046) released the performance report. The company has achieved the total business income of 363 million RMB in 2009, which increased 20.92% on a year-on-year basis; achieved the total profit of 46.45 million RMB, which increased 5.77% on a year-on-year basis; and the net profit that belongs to the stock holders of the list company was 39.35 million RMB, which increased 6.52% on a year-on-year basis. The report suggested that under the macro-background that the country adopted the economic stimulation policy, the outside operation environment of the Company were looking up and the demand of products recovered to some extent. The company strengthened the competition of the products through the technological advantage, increased the market expanding strength, overcame the unfavorable influence of the macro economic situation on the business and achieved the steady increase of the business performance in small range. The increase of profit was lower than that of the income because the sales of the low gross profit products increased faster during the report period, which caused the decrease of the total gross profit rate.
