At present, the technological reformation of LYC Company started again. During the procedure of inviting public bidding for the complete industrial upgrade and technological reformation equipments, the Company purchased the international leading technology and the only “3+1 Processing Unit” in the domestic industry---Intelligent Robot Operating Grinding Machine Equipment based on the principle of high standard, high starting point and large investment. All the process from material feeding to material discharging is completed by the intelligent robot, which enable the high-end equipment of LYC Company to reach the international leading level and become the only one in China.
The industrial upgrade and technological reformation project that was invested 1 billion RMB covers the products from forgings, heat treatment, lathe processing, grinding and all the process of other related components, which is another project that attracts the attention of the province and the city and takes on the responsibility to rebuild the resplendence of LYC Company. It will establish solid hard ware base for the Company to achieve the aim of “First in China & First Class in the World”.
Therefore, during the procedure of inviting public bidding for equipments, the Bidding Inviting Department has positioned the equipment at the most advanced edge of the industry---high, precision and leading. About the manufacturers, they aimed at the international and professional manufacturing group. The advantage of the “3+1 Processing Unit” purchased for manufacturing the large bearings is that one robot-operated system can complete the manufacturing task of three equipments, which will greatly improve the manufacturing efficiency, heighten the product precision, release the manufacturing capacity, reduce the labor intensity of staff, innovate the manufacturing processing and therefore enable the equipment of the company to lead those of the domestic bearing manufacturing enterprises, which will propel the LYC products to occupy both the domestic and international high end market.
