The contribution contest is according to the implementing solution of U Engineering issued by the company, combined with the practical production situation and the evaluating regulation of each department and evaluated according to the relevant schedule of the U engineering and the organizing situation; the Quality Guarantee Department has spearheaded the founding of evaluating team to evaluate the performance of the staff on the spot each month, and select the outstanding person and excellent team. The company has issued the Notice on Holding “Aiming at New Target & Impelling U Engineering” Contribution Contest.
