Influenced by the macro economic situation, the machine tool market slides, which caused the sharp drop of rolling components orders of Hangjiang Machine Tool Co., Ltd; the operation of the company has overcome difficulties. Therefore, Hanjiang Machine Tool has taken measures according to the change and developing trend of market to meet the requirement of industrial technology upgrade and speed up the adjustment of industrial structure. The company stressed in the measures that first they should meet the requirement and improve the industrial technology level; speed up the structure adjustment to establish base for the long term development. At present, the company has constituted and carried out the following measures:
1. Speed up the adjustment of product structure. The rolling components will be transformed from economical CNC Supporting to advanced CNC machine tool and large size heavy equipment; the universal thread grinding machine will be transformed to appropriative and special machine tool, to high precision, high efficiency, composite and environment-protecting.
2. Grasp the adjustment of market structure. On the basis of the market share of rolling components in CNC supporting field, the company should expand the supporting market of other fields instead of the machine tool fields, such as, etc. The machine tool products should be transformed from the confined tool and rolling components for service industry to the market of automobile, aerospace, petroleum and electric engineering, etc.; transform from domestic market to the foreign market (next aim is north American market).
3. Adjustment on management notion. The company should benefit from quality instead of large scale operation; deal well with the relationship between the countermeasures to the business slide and the basis for the long term development of the company.
4. Adjustment of the emphases of the basic management. Relying on the implement of “6S” management and taking ISO9000and ISO14000 as the standard, the company will grasp the complete basic management (starting from the recovery of “special management”), stress the product quality, and carry through technology, process, method and the scene management. Meanwhile, the company will take the favorable chance; impel the staff training, and improve the proficiency of the team.
