In the end of last year, the wind power bearing project of this largest railway bearing provider in China has been competed. The project was invested 100 million yuan, which is an important part on the industrial chain of the company. It is learned that this new wind power bearing project can produce a large quantity of iron scraps. If these iron scraps was processed in the traditional method, it will surely cause the environment pollution and waste the resource. Therefore, the company has built up a material manufacturing workshop for the wind power bearing project. The workshop will make use of these iron scraps and make into the steel material. The steel material will be processed into high precision bearings in the wind power bearing workshop. These precision bearings will be used in the machine tool manufactured by the manufacturing base of the company in Northeastern China region and again be in service of wind power project. This method not only save time and cost and reduce the processing procedure, but also can avoid the environment pollution to some extent. It is predicted that the 100 million yuan invested in the material manufacturing workshop can be returned in two years at most. So the business is worthwhile.
