ZWZ Bearings Encircled the Supporting Bearings for National Important Technology& Equipment Field

During the first half of 2010, ZWZ Group has successfully developed a batch of high end products: the Sendzimir Bearing has completely reached the level of the foreign products, which expanded new product series for the company; H Steel Work Roll Backup Bearing has exceeded the similar product abroad and won the affirmation of the customers; 3 Megawatt Wind Power Electric Spindle Bearing, Cold Rolling Mill Bearing Replacing the Imported Ones, Large Power Engine Bearing and Elevator Sealed Bearing, etc. have been successfully produced. In the recent three years, ZWZ Group encircled the supporting bearings for the national important technology and equipment field, and successfully developed more than 2,000 types of high precision bearings for the urgent requirement of national equipment industry to replace the imported ones, in which 30% has filled up the domestic gap and 90% products have reached the international advanced level. By right of the key technology they grasped, ZWZ has energetically adjusted the product structure and became the model which participates in the international competition on behalf of Chinese bearings. In the 16 key field of boosting national key technology equipment, the products developed by ZWZ Group has been involved in 14 field. The company has the batch production capacity of the newly-developed products. The products for the main fields have taken up 25% to 40% market share. The exported products have transformed from staple goods, maintenance market to mainframe supporting market.
