ZWZ Group Can Create 90 million yuan in Five Years by Saving Water

Recently, the reporter learned from ZWZ group that the group has made great achievement on water saving relying on scientific and technical advancement and management innovation. The ratio of industrial water reuse has reached 49%, which ranks at the first in the same industry. It is predicted that the group will save 20 million tons of water in the “Eleventh Five Year” more than that in the “Tenth Five Year” and create economic benefit of 9,000 yuan. Since the “Eleventh Five Year”, ZWZ Group has invested 60 million yuan successively and made a series of reformation encircling the water saving. The group has replaced the traditional water cooling in the heat treatment process by wind cooling, which can save about 600,000 yuan of the industrial water cost and other expenses. The group has also invested 20 million yuan and reformed the centralized cooling water supply in the grinding process, which achieved the zero emission of industrial wastewater; the forgings cooling water was reformed from the flowing water to circulating water; cancelled steam heating and energetically popularized the application of water-saving instrument; installed metering instrument in the working area and implemented the planing water management, which greatly improved the ratio of water reuse and saved more water. This year, ZWZ Group continuously enlarged the reformation of water-saving technology, enhanced the energy-saving management, improve the energy efficiency and ensure that the comprehensive energy consuming ratio of the company reduce 20% to 30% at the end of “Twelfth Five Year”, which will make ZWZ Group enter into the list of “Energy-saving and Environment-protecting” Enterprises.
