Recently, Guangyang Bearing Group has made trainings on the basic bearing knowledge to the administrative workers, which aimed to improve the work style of the leaders, and enhance the technical quality and work efficiency of them. At the same time, technology center in Guangyang Bearing Group edited & published the training material《Answers about Basic Bearing Knowledge》, and also made a series of lectures. All the leaders in the company had high passion for this learning opportunity, the learning atmosphere was unprecedentedly strong. Besides, the company organized the closed-examination for the leaders in order to check their learning situation. No matter the questions in the exam, or the exam arrangements, examination discipline and exam scores was all quite rigid.
