Recently, on the Sunway Precision Forging Technical Verification Committee which was organized by Jiangsu Economic & Information Technology Commission and chaired by Yancheng Economic & Information Technology Commission, five technical achievements including "355A flange precision forging"、"constant velocity universal joint BJ75G bell-shaped precision forging"、"constant velocity universal joint bell-shaped warm & cold combined deformation technology"、"flange precision forming technique" and "constant velocity universal joint star-shaped hot & cold combined deformation technology" developed by Sunway Precision Forging Co.,Ltd have passed the review, and successfully passed the provincial new products、new technology and technological achievements appraisal.
These five technology have achieved the double harvest of economic & social benefits through the improvement of the traditional forging process.
For instance, the annual production capacity of "constant velocity universal joint bell-shaped precision forging"could reach 1.5 million pieces with the sales revenue of more than 38 million yuan. Besides, the successful development of this kind of product could also meet the demand for constant velocity universial joint precision forging in China's automotive industry, meanwhile the production efficiency & quality level of constant velocity universal joint bell-shaped precision forging will be siginificantly enhanced by saving raw materials & machine materials consumption, thus to realise energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
"Flange precision forming technique" has achieved the small、non-cutting process for the key & complex parts. At the same time, "flange precision forming technique" has reduced the energy & material comsumption, improved the production efficiency after adopted the cooling controlled、automation and other methods. Futhermore, this kind of product has replaced parts imported from Germany, which recieved the better economic & social benefits. Additionally, flanges produced by using this kind of technology exclusively supplied for Das (Dalian) Auto Co., Ltd with the annual production capacity of 1.2 million sets and sales revenue of 55 million yuan.
