The Technical Improvement Promoted Bearing Industry in Yushan County with Double Growth of Sale and Tax Payment

Since the bearing enterprises in Yushan County takes the technical improvement as an important method for upgrading the enterprises in recent years, there has been approximate RMB 100 million in total invested for technical improvement in these five years. There are five newly added product line and more than 100 full-automatic precision CNC grinding machines. With the ratio of bearings with high grade increased from 80% to 98%, the overall market competition of “Yushan Bearing” was highly enhanced. Kelun Co., Ltd. in Yushan county improved its product quality through investing RMB 320,000 in developing the most advanced ultrasonic cleaning line of China. As its original semi-automatic grinding machine was replaced with the full-automatic grinding machine, the sales turnover and tax payment of Tianchang Bearing Co., Ltd. in Yushan county rose by 60% in last year.
