Recently Ningxia Scientific and Technical Fruitful Results Management Center organized the related experts to appraise the “The Heavy Load Truck Tapered Roller Bearing with High precision and Long life” project undertaken by Ningxia Qinchang Roller Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. After hearing the project report, inspecting management on spot and confirming the appraisal paper, the appraisal committee members agreed unanimously that the related technical data has achieved the leading level among the similar tapered roller bearings and can be used for replacing importing tapered roller bearings. It is examined that the tolerance grade of the tapered roller bearing achieved P5 and the life was three times than the rating life through the experiment taken by National Bearing Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Luoyang Bearing Research Institute). The raw material of the tapered roller bearing was in accordance with the standard of GB/307.1-2005 (radial ball bearing) and GB/T18254-2002 (high-carbon chromium bearing steel) Currently the products has been launched into markets and were highly commended by customers. It has wide applications and can bring significant economic and social benefit.
