The diameter range of automatic wire cutting is from 25 mm to 70 mm, and its key technology and innovation involve: 1. When the bar's diameter is less than 40㎜, the hearting temperature range is between 280℃ and 330℃, and you can save a lot of energy from it. When bar's diameter is equal to or more than 40㎜, the hearting temperature range is between 700℃ and 800℃, no more than 1000℃. 2. The cutting bar has high precision, which means the shape is good and weight error is small. 3.The blanking die designed and produced by the automatic line adapts the shear with high temperature as well as low temperature. The paper on it has been published on "Bearing" and "forging machinery". 4.The heating temperature adopts the infrared photoelectric control techology which will provide dual alarm of beep and flash. 5.Adopting the intermediate frequency induction heating technology, the heating temperature is equal and easy to control, moreover, it has high production efficiency with little metal oxide. 6. The bar is transferred with automatical automatic stacker and feed mechanism, thus, the labor intensity is pretty low. 7.Workshop is clean and tidy achieving the civilized production.
