igus' linear bearing liners reduce down time in pick and place machinery

Linear bearing specialist igus has developed a new linear bearing liner that, when used in conjunction with drylin precision aluminium shafts, can increase productivity in pick and place machinery in the materials handling sector. The drylin R liners are produced from a special tribo-plastic material which has a low coefficient of friction and high wear resistance, eliminating failures due to wear, environmental contamination and the build up of dirt and debris.
