Dana Holding Corporation has been named to Forbes magazine's list of America's 100 Most Trustworthy Companies for 2014. A global leader of innovative driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies for the world's vehicular market, Dana was the only company in the Automobiles & Auto Parts category to make the rankings.
The list was developed to recognize companies that demonstrate accounting and governance transparency. Dana was selected as one of the top 100 companies after more than 8,000 publicly traded companies were reviewed for indicators of credibility, including high-risk events, revenue and expense recognition methods, SEC actions, and bankruptcy risk.
