ZWZ establishes a product certification management system

ZWZ has recently established a product certification management system for tracking of certification receiving and consuming, which not only reduces the loss of product certificates, but also increase channels of security identification. For certification reporting, receiving, consuming and other issues related to certification management, the number of certificates needed shall be input in the system after login in the user name and password. The system extracts the quantity of completed production order through SAP/ERP system as the consumption amount of certificates which then be sent for approval by Quality Assurance Department. The staff of Quality Assurance Department are required to do query and statistical analysis on the certification print data according to print personal, print quantity and print time. The company established an online security check system, on which users can send text messages with security code printed on the certificate to check product authenticity or visit the company website and input the security code as required.
