LYC announced long-distance smooth running of high-speed rail bearings on testing machine (pic)
LYC Corporation has announced that the self-developed high-speed rail bearings traveling at 250 km/h have been running smoothly on the only high-speed rail bearing testing machine in China for 100,000 km till May 19, 2015.
LYC has made great efforts in the R&D and innovation of high-speed railway bearings. The "large special bearing test rig" research subject and the "large high-speed railway bearing test stand" project undertaken by LYC have both passed the onsite acceptance of the Ministry of Science and Technology, thus laying a good foundation for the localization of such bearings.
It is reported that more than 100 million sets of various types of LYC brand bearings are working in the major railway lines every day, contributing a lot to the safe operation of the trains.
