Recently, Intelligent Industrial Innovation Alliance of Made in China 2015 was jointed established by Shenyang Machine Tools Co.,Ltd., Digital China, Tsinghua National Engineering Lab for E-commerce Technology (NELECT), Electronics Industry Standardization Institute of Ministry of Industry and Information, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Tongji University, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, Xuchang Yuandong Drive Shaft Co., Ltd, and Xiangyang Automobile Bearing Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ZXY). “Made in China 2025” is an upgraded version of China made turning factor-driven into innovation-driven, turning low-cost competitive advantage to quality efficiency competitive advantage, turning extensive manufacturing of large resource consumption and pollutant emissions into green manufacturing, and turning product manufacturing into service manufacturing. Since Chinese manufacturing industry contributed significantly to GDP, Made in China 2025 will help China become a strong industrial country in 2025.
