ZWZ Cooperates With Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co. On Metro Bearings

Recently, directors of Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co. and ZWZ had a discussion and technical exchange on Dalian metro line 2 expanding project.
At the meeting, Min Xing, chairman of Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., made a brief introduction of Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co. He said, “ As a national key large-Scale enterprise, Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co. has three main modules, covering high-power electric locomotive, urban rail and metro and exported locomotive, the prime operating revenue of which has reached 12.5 billion yuan. The enterprise has successfully approved by several different quality system certifications and Iris certification.” Min Xing believed that there had been a good start for cooperating with ZWZ, and the further substantive cooperation between the two parties would come soon.
Cong Hong, chairman of ZWZ, also stressed the importance of working with Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co. , meanwhile, he had the strong faith to supply the best
service as well. Regarding to railway bearings, ZWZ is the only one manufacture that can produce bearings for locomotive, wagon, passenger cars and light railway simultaneously. ZWZ owns the highest-level technology development ability, complete with the ability to realize nationalization of metro bearings. ZWZ has successfully supplied axle box bearings for test on Shanghai metro
line , which covered about 270 thousand km; provided axle box bearings for light railway to Changchun railway vehicles, Wuhan metro line 2 which has already lasted for over two years and 60 days. “ ZWZ hopes for working with Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., especially providing products for Dalian metro line 1.
During the discussion, Zhang Yadong, vice mayor of Dalian fully affirmed the work of localizing metro bearings by ZWZ, and believed that there would be more and larger developing space as well as opportunities for the two parties.
