Gangzha District Market Supervisory Authority cracked down on a remote bearing trademark infringement

Gangzha District Market Supervisory Authority and Wuxi market supervisory department recently joint hands to crack down on a remote bearing trademark infringement successfully. Gangzha District Market Supervisory Authority of Gangzha District Market Supervisory Authority received a report that bearings sold by a company in Nantong city was alleged infringement of trademark of Northwest Bearing Co., Ltd. The authority immediately carried out enforcement inspection and seized 216 pieces of bearings with value of RMB110,000 in the company’s warehouse. The investigation revealed this batch of bearings was purchased from a Wuxi company as authentic products. The law enforcement officers were immediately rush to Wuxi for joint law enforcement investigation with Wuxi market supervisory department. After investigation and evidence collection, the law enforcement officers found the Wuxi company was evolved in deliberately selling counterfeit products. At present, the case has been transferred to Chong’an District Market Supervisory Authority of Wuxi city.
