KMR bearing awarded the second prize of Technology (pic) Progress
Shandong Camelry (KMR) Bearing Science & Technology Co., Ltd presented at the Quality-based Enconomy Building Mobilization Meeting & Science and Technology Award Ceremony on June 14, 2015, in Liaocheng City.
The technical project of "self-aligning spherical roller bearing for mining vibrating machine" carried out by KMR was awarded the second prize of Technology Progress of Liaocheng City.
Bearings involved in this project are provided with longer life (twice the service life of conventional products) and higher reliability due to the special design of self-guiding rollers which inhibites rollers from sliding. Meanwhile, the efforts on further optimization of curvature factor between the raceway and rollers also helps inhibite roller sliding, which, on the other hand, can efficiently reduces the surface contact stress on both the inner and outer ring raceways and ultimately protect the surface by suffering less fatigue damages.
