KTL Bearings Co., Ltd's New-Type Urban Transit Bearing has been certified by China Bearing Industry Association (CBIA) with product certification on June 18, 2015, for reasons that all technical indicators of the product have reached the advanced level of similar products nationwide.
Since its first step in urban transit bearings in 2008, KTL Bearings has made remarkable performance and progress. In 2010, BC2-111 urban transit axle box bearings passed the bench test of Qingdao Sifang Rolling Stock Research Institute; From 2012 to 2014, NJ2226X3-Z/DF axle box bearing with a seal on both sides was launched and then fitted in a car of the train manufactured by CNR Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., Ltd in October 2014. The train has been delivered to Dalian Metro Operation Co., Ltd and is still running today.
Wang Quanqing, president of CBIA, finally expressed the hope that KTL Bearing would constantly improve the process control capability, and improve market competitiveness by developing high-tech, low-cost rail bearings.
