Laiwu Steel Group launched H13 hot work die steel

Laiwu Steel Group's Special Steel Business Division has recently succeed in the trial production of H13 hot work die steel, the alloy ratio of which is more than 8%, the highest radio for alloy steel products ever produced by the Division. All the technical parameters of the new steel product have been proved to meet the control standards through strict physical testing and chemical analysis. H13 steel is an air-hardening hot work die steel made from medium carbon chromium, widely used in the manufacture of aluminium magnesium alloy die-casting moulds, hot extrusion dies and precision forging dies. This kind of steel is of high smelting cost, with stringent requirements on steelmaking, continuous casting and other key processes.
