Wafangdian police cracked the counterfeit registered bearing trademark case

As the famous bearing city, Wafangdian bearing quality has won praise in the industry. However, because of its great reputation, some criminals coveted benefit from it. A young man in Shandong registered a “Dalian xx Bearing Co., Ltd.” in Dalian, placed the order from a Shandong bering factory, shipped the bearings to Wafangdian to mark the trademarks of a Wafangdian bearing enterprise or a Harbin bearing, and sold to Shandong, Dalian, Henan, and Hebei etc. On August 29, the police arrested the man when he was about to pick up the goods. In the household of Gao, the police found a large number of counterfeit bearings with the trademark of a Wafangdian bearing enterprise or a Harbin bearing. A total of over 600 boxes of counterfeit bearings were seized on site, including more than 500 boxes of counterfeit bearings with trademark of a Wafangdian bearing enterprise with value of over RMB 600,000, and more than 100 boxes of counterfeit bearings with the trademark of a Harbin bearing with value of nearly RMB 200,000. Currently, Gao was under criminal detention by the police for being suspected of selling counterfeit registered trademark goods. The case is under investigation.
