Baota Industry's Metro Vehicle Axle Box Bearing Localization Project passed the Expert Evaluation

Since the launch of Metro Vehicle Axle Box Bearing Localization Project, Baota Industry Co., Ltd. (former Xibei Bearing) has successfully developed a bearing product, which has passed 100,000 kilometers' passenger line pilot running and been approved by the State Quality Supervision and Inspection Center as the technical indicators of the bearing are in line with technical conditions and current standards. On October 17, China Communications and Transportation Association Urban Rail Transit Committee and China Bearing Industry Association held a Expert Seminar for the localization project, and announced it had passed the evaluation, considering that the bearing has reached domestic leading level, able to replace imported like products for its reasonable design, feasible technology and good performance shown in the tests.
