Jiangsu Jingye committed to building China's largest offshore wind turbine bearing production base

At the workshop of Jiangsu Jingye Offshore Wind Turbine Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd., all large-scale devices are fully operational, with yaw bearings to rolling off the production lines. Yaw bearings is an important component of wind turbine designed to track the wind direction for adjustment in the windward side. Since the trial production after completion in 2012, Jiangsu Jingye Offshore Wind Turbine Bearing Manufacturing has won dozens of orders from wind turbine manufacturers for yaw bearings due to the prominent advantages such as short production cycle and stable quality. "So far, all of the processing equipment have been installed in place, and full production release will be ready at the end of March. Currently we have 165 sets of bearings on the production list, which are expected to be delivered in April", said Zhang Zhi, general manager of Jiangsu Offshore Wind Turbine Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. On the way of building the nation's largest offshore wind power bearing production base, the company has been listed on the "new three board", and established cooperation with Funing Wind Power Equipment Industry Park to form a complete industrial chain. By the end of March, it is planed to achieve an annual output of 700 sets of spindles, pitches and yaw bearings, with annual sales of 10 billion yuan.
