Linxi Bearing up to "Smart Factory"

This year, Linxi County government leads enterprises to a new direction-"smart factory, intelligent plant", aiming to promote the process of intelligentization of bearing enterprises in Linxi.
Linxi government will absolutely concentrate on "new direction and innovations". The government to convene some representatives of bearing enterprises, discussing how to optimize technologies in next period. In addition, leaders and technical engineers of those enterprises visited the "smart factory" of ChengWei bearing company. In the smart factory, each group of intelligent production line reduces 75% of labor, increasing 33% of production. The intelligent equipment and the Internet were intergraded to monitoring the production of machine tools, analyze and manage equipment, implement optimization and adjustment. On the aspect of technology, it can integrate the cutting cycles to shorten the useless time, achieving intelligent diagnosis and reducing maintenance time. We generally feel that only the "smart factory, intelligent plant" would bring bearing industry new breakthrough on power transformation.
Hailan bearing company general manager, Zhang Honghai, decided to adjust the idea of setting up factories after he visiting the "smart factory". He said: "We have to take the 'the deep integration of industrialization and information' as road to speed up the construction of 'intelligent workshop' to enhance the quality so that take our products into the high-end market."
According to the plan, Linxi government will implement the "three-year action plan" that can enhance core competitiveness of the bearing industry, providing governmental support for the intelligentization of bearing industry. The plan encourages enterprises to increase innovations, planing to add 120 new science and technology enterprises throughout the year, and striving to develop 20 to 30 new varieties . At the same time, strengthen cooperation with national and provincial academic leaders to guide industrial upgrading, scientific research and innovations.
