Following approval by the 120th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held today (for partial amendments to the Articles of Incorporation), NTN Corporation (hereafter, NTN) has transferred from a Company with Board of Company Auditors to a Company with Nominating Committee, etc. In line with this, at the Board of Directors meeting held after the conclusion of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the Company has made a decision on change of representatives as well as members of the Nominating, Audit and Compensation Committees, and Executive Officers.
