Dayaowan Customs Seized 80 Sets of Infringing Bearings
On November 18, Dayaowan Customs seized 80 sets of infringing bearings. When inspecting a batch of auto parts declared for export, customs officers found that 80 sets of NSK brand bearings in the container were at risk of infringement. After verification, the export company is not in the category of legal users of the NSK brand. After confirming the rights, it was reported that the batch of goods constituted intellectual property infringement. At present, this batch of goods has been detained by the customs in accordance with the law and handed over to the disposal department for processing.
